I'm not usually a huge review writer, however, I do think it is absolutely necessary to let others know about the outstanding care of my father has received through Peak. He is an elderly gentleman with a need for assistance with his activities of daily living. I generally am his primary caregiver, but I also work full-time. My father needs assistance with meal prep, house cleaning, laundry, and often just needs someone to be home with him. From the start, we were blessed with Amy. She jumped in when I was out of the country and he developed a hip condition that affected his mobility. She immediately made him feel safe and well cared for in a time when he was scared and I could not be there. I cannot tell you how much of a relief it was to know he was comfortable. Amy quickly became like a member of our family. My dad always looked forward to their time together. We were not surprised when the management saw her skill level and promoted her. We were sad to lose her, but excited for her career growth. We, again, were blessed, as this change brought us Erika. She has been a breath of fresh air. She has the best personality and you can tell she really cares about my dad. From the start, she listened to what my dad needed done, how he wanted it done, and then did it perfectly. I can't begin to tell you how much it means to me to have someone here taking such good care of my father. I know when she's here that I don't have to worry about him. As a primary caregiver, this is honestly a gift. Based on the wonderful caregiving, my father has received, I would highly recommend Peak Home Health to anyone trying to keep their loved ones at home in a safe and loving environment.

I have been more than pleased with Peak since I have been with them. Mona has bent over backwards to see that I have the caregivers who best fit into our needs and life styles. Now we have great caregivers like Shawna who is Johnny on the spot. I can totally depend on her wonderful care of my husband and household. George is our steady Eddie. Very methodic in giving care to my husband Bill who is in need of much care. He keeps the house in perfect running order and never even misses an hour of time. Diamond who is our young moma has the patience to deal with the business of our household. She is laid back and is always ready to comply to any task asked of her. We totally appreciate all our caregivers. Top notch is Amy who always checks with us to see if everything is going OK. Thank you Peak.

Jeremiah DeBord is wonderful. He also works with my little sister who has Alzheimers. He is very gentle with her though I well know how frustrating she can be. For me, he seeks out ways to help. He even notices things I've forgotten. At 79 I can still be stubbornly independent but I'm doing so much not trying to do everything myself. He is also enjoyable company.

We had a wonderful experience with Earshealy. She is so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She helped us to know about broda chair and the sling. She talks to Steve during the whole bathing time explaining what she is doing.

We had a great experience with the care given to our Father. All four caregivers, Shirley, Ashley, Janice & Janice were kind & caring. Shirley became a wonderful extended part of our village. He had great fun teaching Shirley & Ashley how to play his beloved dice game farkle. Thank you all for making Dad's last days comfortable.

My experience with Peak service has been excellent. My caregiver Shirley has always been prompt. We get along good. She makes me laugh out loud every visit. The case manager Amy is good also. She shows concern for my well being on every visit. I highly recommend Peak services.
