Our Veteran Home Care Services Include:
Veterans who qualify for care through the Department of Veterans Affairs may receive assistance with activities of daily living and other essential needs.
Medication Reminders
- Reminders to take medications at the appropriate time
- Opening medication bottles or pill boxes
- Helping veterans follow established dosage instructions
- Supporting consistent medication routines as directed
Nutrition & Meal Support
- Preparing nutritious meals
- Assisting with prescribed diets
- Helping veterans who have difficulty standing or preparing food
- Providing assistance during mealtimes
- Offering companionship while eating
- Supporting regular meals and proper nutrition
Mobility Assistance
- Helping veterans move safely throughout the home

Transferring & Positioning
- Assistance getting in and out of bed
- Assistance moving to and from chairs
- Supporting veterans with limited strength or balance
- Repositioning for comfort
- Helping reduce pressure-related skin concerns
- Supporting proper positioning for comfort and breathing
Bathing, Hygiene & Dressing Assistance
- Assistance getting in and out of the shower
- Help with bathing
- Hair care assistance
- Dressing assistance
- Support with personal hygiene routines
- Care provided with the veteran's comfort, health, preferences, and dignity in mind
Incontinence Care & Toileting Assistance
- Toileting assistance
- Compassionate incontinence care
- Assistance with regular toileting schedules
- Support with personal hygiene
- Additional assistance following a hospital or rehabilitation stay
VA Respite Care
PEAK Medical Home Care also provides short-term respite care for qualified veterans through the VA Respite Care Program. Respite care can provide additional support when a veteran's regular caregiver needs time away, while helping ensure the veteran continues receiving dependable, compassionate care at home.
